So I am going to a Vipassana 10-day course for the 6th time today. The goal is to cleanse the mind, purify myself and allow for a more concentrated approach of CST WC. CST used to activate the back of the mind – and I intend to work on that myself. Rising and activation of the back of the head. I will have to either combine or perform my kung fu side-by-side Vipassana but activating the Nim-Tao state is my additional objective. Cleansing the mind is the primary one although I am not sure I will be able to sustain long periods of solely Vipassana practice.
Everything connects into one but there are times where you need additional supports. One size does not fit all, all the time. Using tidbits of the zen approach – check the link below – is highly interesting for it gives a wide latitude for expansion. The stories and methods listed in the link are phenomenal. Ex. forget the breaths and focus in between them – technique no. 6.
This world is deep indeed. That is why I restate the following, “there are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.’
