Structure over strength. Mind over muscle.
Most people train Wing Chun as fast hands and quick reflexes. That is not what this is. Structure first, then intention. The hand is the last thing. This is the Hong Kong lineage of Chu Shong Tin, taught in Ahmedabad.
Everything starts here. The skeleton aligned, the frame relaxed, the weight passing through you instead of bracing against you. Get this wrong and nothing built on top of it holds.
The mind leads and the body follows. Chu Shong Tin called this the hardest thing to teach. It is also the whole point.
We do not collect techniques. You learn the idea. Then it works against anything.
Siu Nim Tao is the first form. Most people rush through it to get to the interesting material. Chu Shong Tin did the opposite. He spent a lifetime inside that first form and proved it holds the entire system. Nothing in Wing Chun is missing from it, if you understand what you are looking at. That is the line we come from, carried through Sifu Eddie Chan in Manchester. Not sport, not demonstration. The internal work.

The Wing Chun Club runs out of Usmanpura, Ahmedabad. I trained the CST method under Sifu Eddie Chan in Manchester, a direct student of Chu Shong Tin, and I teach it here the same way it was taught to me.
The focus is on what most schools pass over. Internal structure. Intention led by the mind. Eleven years training, nine teaching. It is slow work and it does not look like much from outside. That is the point.
“Structure and intention over brute force — it genuinely changes how you move.”
“The internal principle made complete sense in my body after just a few sessions.”
“The lineage is real, the teaching is serious, and the results speak for themselves.”
