Thing to Focus On

The bone alignment concept is a bit tough. I have to chew on it for sometime before I can post results its results and benefits.

I have noticed that since I am in a better shape – with the rising, separation of joints, feeling the flow, etc – that I should make note of what I should now focus on. This is a sequence of things that one must do in order to reach the goal faster.

1) tai gong. Make sure its on. Do Ashwini Mudra physically. Pull it up and then release it. Is it still on mentally?
2) Rise from the spine upwards. Not simply activating the top of the head – at least for now.
3) Separate all joints. Arms, legs, spine. Do it mentally
4) Focus on center of mass or dan-tien. When doing SNT, are you pushing the chest outwards or the stomach inwards? Check
5) Connect everything. Make sure you are able to feel everything. The legs, rising, center of mass, other arm, bones – everything at once!
6) Relax. Relax even more. Entertain the concept of feeling and using only your bones.
7) Entertain the concept of effortlessness and relaxing. Use the idea and try to achieve it. What I mean by this is that you have to keep going back to that idea. Go back, go back. Think of relaxing and then work on it. Then remind yourself of it. Keep entertaining the idea. Keep entertaining that particular concept or notion. Do so until it is pretty much all you focus upon. From this, I understand what it means to “incept” an idea. It is a seed but you keep coming back to it, checking up on it. It is all you think about.
8) Multiple vectors of intention. Do bong from tan. Does the intention break in between? Don’t let it. It’s going forward right? How about keeping that forwardness and going downwards. What about the other directions? It should be strong – full of intent – to go anywhere and everywhere.

Separating joints in the legs + adding the flow to them is not easy but it is successful if one keeps at it. Some tricks for it are kicking at a target in the air. Kick with the whole leg, not just bending and extending joints.

I’ll post more things as things progress.
