Don’t do this – air drills (drills in the air)/ drill being completed in the air. The reason is that it loses its seriousness. It becomes theoretical as opposed to practical. Also, the guys in the back aren’t keeping their structure. Don’t do that, either.
After training for a while and getting your skill level up, if you want to get better at precise movements, then understanding and practicing specific actions is the way to go. However, practicing these actions will take up the entire class time. So the skill has to be relatively high in order to compensate for
