Shaking

I have noticed that until now, I have made improvements in keeping the mind at the back – in the spine.
However this has its limitations. When someone holds my hand tightly, half of my attention goes to the hand. I am able to keep roughly half of my attention in the spine. Because of this lack of concentration, I cannot maintain a strong base. Legs and feet start shaking when attempting to control the situation.
For ex. If I am attempting to bring the wu sau back towards my chest, I find I cannot control myself. Even attempting to utilize multiple joints and vectors fails. It is just too taxing on the body. I reason this is because my mind is not able to stay rooted in the spine. 
This is improvement from the last month, of course, but it is still slow work. Getting there slowly…what’s the rush anyhow…
