I started working on a new concept: bone alignment. Think of the skeleton talking, moving – doing everything. Forget the joints, the muscles, the tendons and ligaments. Only focus on the bones. What are you moving? Bones. How are you standing up? Bone structure.
I am doing this so that I can relax better and expand – drop – my muscles. I find Nima’s bicep expansion to be very cool. I would be content getting to that point in a few months or within this year.
I will post results of this concept when they emerge.
