Greetings! My name is Sunny Parikh. I have been training in Wing Chun for 11 years and teaching for more than 9 years. I believe that my method is the most interesting one you will find.
Out of all the Wing Chun styles available, I was drawn to the CST method of Wing Chun. To me, it is the most fascinating because of its practical use of internal power. This internal power is quite simple and straightforward to use. I am always seeking a simpler and faster method of training and transmitting this information.

The internal method brings greater sensitivity to the body and mind. This sensitivity is enhanced by spiritual pursuits — that is why this internal method is much more fulfilling than external arts.
From internal Wing Chun, I moved on to internal Taiji (Tai Chi) and found it to be useful in building my internal condition. I then moved on to various types of healing techniques:
